A CUE system consists of a large-scale LCD touch screen that can be linked to an in-dash GPS/satellite radio, or separate GPS/satellite radio, and the ability to control the climate of the vehicle. A CUE system can be added to an existing Cadillac or come standard when purchasing a new Cadillac.

Cadillac CUE Bluetooth not working
You will need to reset your Cue unit if you're experiencing issues with its Bluetooth connectivity. Depending on what version of the system you have, there are different ways you can perform this task. The latest version offers dedicated OnStar buttons, but the original model requires you to access the touch screen itself. In order to reset the Cue unit, you need to be in a secure location. Make sure your vehicle is parked safely and your hazards are on. If you're not in a safe area, your system will simply shut off. You can then turn the ignition on and wait for your vehicle to start. Once the engine is running, press and hold either the "OnStar" or "Voice Recognition" button on your steering wheel for five seconds. You can either hold this button down or press it multiple times; if the system resets successfully, you'll see that the Cue has turned off. Your system should then turn back on and your Cue will be reset. When you hear the chime for your success, press "Okay" or "Grant."
If this workaround doesn't work, you will have to reset your CUE system manually. To do so, turn off your vehicle and open up the door. Keep it open for 60 seconds before closing the door. Start the car back up again and lower the screen of your CUE system. The stereo will then perform a new search for devices, and you should be able to pair with your device again.
