Warranty Information

All products come with 30 days warranty and protection.

Replacement Units:

1-Year Limited Warranty Available upon successful return of your defective component from your vehicle. To activate your Limited Warranty on an eligible product, you need to send us your old core (like for like exchange) within 30 days of your ship date. Limited Lifetime Warranty available for extra fee.

Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not cover accidental damage or unauthorized repairs by another party. It is not transferrable to any new owner. The warranty does not cover any associated labor costs you may incur. Upon validation of the defect, we will replace or repair the product free of charge at our discretion.

The warranty is verifiable by your VIN, your original invoice, and serial number on the part; should you run into any problems in the future.

Repair Units:

Most repair units come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty - be sure to see the product page for more details. Limited Lifetime Warranty available for extra fee.

Most products are available with a Limited Warranty. Terms and conditions vary for each product. Be sure to see the product page for more details on the warranty terms and conditions for that product. 

All purchases of Custom Print Items (Custom Print Shirts, Mats and Similar products) are final. We do not accept returns for these items as they are custom-made to order.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately upon delivery to resolve the issue.
