Removing your Ram Radio for shipping:

Remove your defective or damaged touchscreen display from your dash (4 or 6 screws)
Please keep the Ram radio module intact with bad screen.
Be sure to prevent damage by carefully wrapping your whole Ram Truck 1500-5500 Infotainment unit in bubble wrap.

1-Year Warranty is limited to the original customer, it is not transferable and covers defective materials, components or ISS workmanship. It does not cover physical damage, tampering or any labor associated with installation of the product. Any warranty claims require a proof of purchase. Upgraded Lifetime Warranty available with same Limited Warranty coverage.

Shipping was fast and the packaging was good. The return was made easy. The speedometer is about three miles an hour off (slow) compared to GPS and road speed warnings. Not a big problem as long as I know it now.
