CUE Radio Video Submission FAQs

How will the video be used?

We want to show people different examples of failed/failing CUE radios to help them understand how ISS can repair their radio. Footage you upload may be used on our website, in videos in our YouTube channel, and/or in advertising.

How will I receive my $20?

If you have not ordered a replacement CUE yet, we will provide you with a coupon code for $20. If you have already ordered, please upload your video and indicate as much and we will get you a credit.

Why do you want videos of broken CUE radios?

Unfortunately there are several model years of CUE radios, some of which look a little different , but all of which have failures. We want to show people lots of different versions so they can see that we can help them.

Why Is The VIN Important?

We use your VIN to verify the exact part number for your vehicle and to perform any required programming. If you enter an incorrect or incomplete VIN, our website may accept it, but we will contact you to verify it.

Where Can I Find My VIN?

  1. Your vehicle registration
  2. Your insurance card
  3. On a sticker inside the door jamb on the driver's door
  4. On the driver's side of the dash below the windshield

What if I Don't Have My Mileage?
