Let'sFixIt Upgrades To A Chevy Tahoe Cluster From ISS Automotive

If you’re looking to update the appearance of your dash, check out these quick instructions and quick before/after video from YouTuber Let’s Fix It’s page. They changed out the cluster on their Tahoe to an updated, modern carbon/blue LED cluster from ISS. A cool freebie from ISS was a transmission temperature gauge!

All you need is a replacement instrument panel from ISS Automotive, a 7mm ratchet, and a prytool, as well as a few minutes on a weekend. Take your boring dash to “wow” with a new cluster.

Installation Instructions

If you watch the video, you can see they highlight the major steps for removal of the old cluster and installation of the new one. Basic steps include:

1 - Remove the dash panel, so you can get to the bolts holding the instrument panel in place.

2 - Unbolt the old instrument panel by removing the four 7mm bolts.

3 - Pull the old cluster out and unplug it.

4 - Place your new cluster in place and plug it in.

Reverse the process by bolting it in place and putting your dash panel back in place.
